Exchange and Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
However if you want to exchange an item, please use the exchange form.
In case you want to return any item you can use the return form
Your item is refundable when it is:

unused and unwashed
in its original packaging
returned to us within 14 days of the receipt of the product

In that case we will make sure you will get a 100 % refund within 14 days.
In case of returning items, you will be responsible for the shipping charges as well as for the shipping itself. Therefore we advise you to use a Track and Trace-code.

We ship worldwide. All items are shipped within 3 – 7 days days from receipt of payment.
Shipping is taken care of by DHL and are all Track and Trace – shipments.

The shipping costs are flat rates:

Netherlands Package: € 6,50
Europe Package: € 16,00
Worldwide Package: € 25,00

Duties and Taxes
Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country.

Stock

Luboko Style stock is limited. Our collection is exclusive. Out of stock by Luboko Style means not available any more. The previous stock is then available by personal order in fact not to be made by the same Ankara Batik Prints. In case you wish to have the similar item please contact us by email: luboko-style@outlook.com.

If you are interested in selling our products in your store, please contact us. You are more then welcome to visit us. When you are based in the Netherlands we can also pay you a visit, to show our collection. We have wholesale prices.

Payment
Our online store uses the Mollie payment platform. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Luboko Style registers your name, email address, telephone number, delivering address, data about your order and payment data. This information is used to deliver your order, to send an invoice, to settle a payment and for communication about the order.
When you provide us with such personal information to place an order and/or to complete a transaction we will collect the information and use it for these specific reasons only.

Forms on this website:
When you are asked for your personal details on the Exchange or Return form, we will save these details in our email program on a Dutch web hosting server. These personal details will only be sent to Luboko Style and will not be shared with others. They will only be used to follow up on a contact request. Apart from the personal details you are sharing with us, the IP address, the point of time and the concerning page will be saved to provide us with a context to enable us to follow up as best as we can on your request.

Good to know: You have the right to have access to the data we have about you. And you can have them corrected or deleted.
